I was calling to get a quote for my daughter that goes to college in Eugene - I’m in California so it’s a bit hard trying to find a really good mechanic. I spoke to Cathy over the phone and was super accommodating and very friendly. Unfortunately, my daughter was having a melt down due to finals and had to keep the car where it was for repair. We will be using Joes next time. They earned out business because of their customer service. Thank you Cathy again for being great!

The staff at Joe’s Garage has been extremely professional & kind to me, as I had car trouble out of my state, CA. They could not obtain the part needed for my 17 year old van, but determined it was drivable with a minor repair made at modest cost. Professional. Trustworthy. Kind.
