First off, it is so impressively clean in the office where you wait; and likewise in the lovely bathrooms. They found 2 additional things I needed done and on the first additional I didn't really understand, but they did explain. On the last thing I didn't understand so I just trusted. I guess one has to as that's their expertise, not mine. So far so good.

This is the first time I've taken my car to Joe's Garage, though they have been recommended to me for many years. I have a 1995 Mercury that has had problems that other mechanics didn't recognize. I was afraid I needed a new transmission. It was very stressful limiting my driving and calculating when it would be time to finance a new car, or pay thousands for a transmission on an old car. Turns out it was a broken seal in the pan leaking fluid. What a relief! It drives like new. They also found, and fixed, an oil leak that others didn't find when I paid to have it checked. I can comfortably travel again. Everyone was very nice, and informed. 😀 Thank you Joe's Garage

I purchased a 1999 Mazda Miata in Eugene, and before I took it on a 4508 mile roadtrip to South. Florida, i had Joe’s Garage restore it to basically showroom condition. The trip was terrific, the car was terrific, and i can’t say enough about Joe’s Garage, and Kathy at the front desk. SO HAPPY WE TOOK IT TO JOE’S GARAGE
