These guys were great. Able to explain the WHY of things, options, and a plan. Though car repairs aren't cheap, I felt that they were very fair with pricing. I will certainly go back to Joe's and recommend to friends.

If you don't have to go to a dealership, DON'T! This shop and it's staff went above and beyond for us with a problem we had the dealership check out several times with no progress. These guy will figure it out whatever is going on, our truck (2014 Dodge 3500) just turned over 500,000 miles thanks to Joe's Garage and the amazing staff!

We were out from Ohio visiting a friend in Eugene when debris fell off a truck in front of us, tore off the plastic guards under our Prius. I called about a dozen shops who couldn't see us short notice before Joe's told us to come in immediately. With no appointment a mechanic named Sarah (I think...) put the remaining pieces back together under the car and did not want payment. Being from out of state it's anxiety provoking to go to a random mechanic. We were treated extremely well, totally above and beyond. Thank you SO much for the service. We recommend Joe's 100% to anyone.

We were in Eugene from out of state and ran over some debris on the freeway, ripping off large pieces of the plastic guards under the car. We had no connection to a local mechanic and after about 10 calls to different shops, Joe's told us to come in right away. No appointment, mechanic Sarah fixed our car and did not want payment. Seriously above and beyond and the repair has held like nothing ever happened. 10/10 will return to Joe's if in Eugene and needing auto repair. Recommend 100%.
