I always receive friendly and competent service at Joe's. Evan is so good at explaining the service done to my car and why it is needed.

Joe's is alway prompt and courteous.

My alternator went on the freeway just outside Albany late on a Saturday evening. I had my car towed 58 miles to Joe’s garage that night. I got a call from the shop first thing Monday morning inquiring about my car. They were able to get it in that day and by the afternoon my car was fixed and ready to go! Service was quick, prompt, and as always, professional. My only complaint is that the service was rather spendy for an alternator (I’m a graduate student so money is tight), but I have a Volvo, and I’ve come to find that parts are simply more costly with these. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I trust Joe’s, and will continue take my car there!

I always enjoy bringing my van into Joes for work because the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they've been doing this a long time and with integrity and attention to detail and high quality work. They are very efficient and keep me informed of progress if the work will take longer because of hard to get parts or unforeseen discoveries that become evident only once the vehicle has been taken apart to have a deeper look at things. They offer choices on aftermarket versus OEM parts for cost saving. And I so appreciate their service of taking me home and picking me up when the work has been completed! They get 110 out of 100 in my book because they have gone the extra mile to provide excellent and trustworthy service every time I have brought my van to them. I highly recommend them! :)
