Took my Jeep in for leaking coolant and overall check up. Joe’s Garage gave me an estimate, did the work and loaned me a car to get to work while they fixed various problems. The staff made sure to keep me in the loop regarding my Jeep. I got texts, emails and calls. I am very satisfied with their communication and the work done on my Jeep. Brought my 06 subaru Baja in for a heagasket repair and ended up replacing the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, thermostat, etc. All for a very reasonable price and they had all this done within a week I was very impressed with the professionalism they showed and the thourough communication throughout. 10/10 Would recommend

We have taken all of our cars through the years to Joe’s Garage and have had nothing but exemplary care taken with all of our vehicles. They always discuss repairs that need to be made urgently versus things that can wait and do not push any unnecessary work on our vehicles. Went to get my car repaired, I included 3 times that the " Check charging system " message was coming up in my car! I added this concern along with the other issue, which was that my car wouldn't steer. They repaired and fixed the steering problem, test drove my car, called me and told me my car was ready to be picked up ,while on the phone with Kathy, I get a text message with additional issues WRONG with my car, like the alternator needs replaced! Which is why my " Check Charging System message came on! I CALLED AND TOLD THEM THIS ISSUE BEFORE MY CAR WAS EVEN ON A TOW TRUCK! I understand that my car needed to be put back together to see why the check charging system message was coming on, but it needed to be repair as I asked! I don't care what kind of excuse you'll have with this review I'm leaving, but the bottom line was that my car wasn't fully repaired, and only fixed the steering, all the issues should of been fixed before calling me and telling me my car was ready! Finding someone else to repair my alternator.
